Application Specialist

Job Title: Application Specialist
Department: Application / Customer Care
Work Day: Mon – Fri 8.00 – 17.00 hrs.
Work Location : BTS Chitlom, Lumpini, BANGKOK

 

Key Duties:
• Participate in the development and co-management of strategies for Sysmex Thailand as well as to support
the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the target of each business unit (BU)

• Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting and training to existing & potential users of Sysmex products
as well as distribution channels in Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
• Support the instrument installation and its setup of Sysmex products thru providing the application training
to customers
• Plan and execute regular existing customer visit to follow-up the customers’ operation, to monitor the performance of installed products and to maintain regular communication
• Handle product-related customer complaints & other application issues thru helping for troubleshooting
• Continual strengthen and keep product & technical knowledge so that these can be translated and
explained clearly to customers
• Providing the technical assistance to business partners when it’s required
• Weekly report to Supervisor regarding activities done in the past month, issues resolved and action plan
for the next month
• Other as assigned by Sr. Application Specialist

Qualification & Skill required
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Medical Technology
• 2-3 years working experience in medical device
product or Laboratory
• Competence in interactive communication,
problem solving and decision making
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with
ability to communicate complex technical/clinical content
in an easy to understand manner
• Good and fluent in both written and oral communication
skills including presentation skills
• Conduct with professionalism with strong interpersonal
skills and customer focused
• Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency
and result oriented
• Able to work independently as well as an effective
team player
• Available to travel Up-Country & Oversea
as regular necessary
