Logistic & International Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Position Title :  Logistic & International Coordinator (Junior Level)

Immediate Superior (title) :   Senior Supply Chain Management

Key Job Purpose   :

–            Responsible to international in-bound shipment and documentation

–            Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and prompt preparation   of documents required

 

Summary of Functional   Duties & Responsibilities:

1.

Arrangement   of in-bound shipment incl. drop ship of all products for distributors

2.

Prepare   necessary documents and timely provide those to distributors

3.

Create   PO for IT products such as HCLAB and send it to Sysmex New Zealand

4.

Follow   progress from IT Department and issue invoices to customers

5.

Prepare   and issue billing documents to both distributors and customers

6.

Propose   non-conformance and recommended corrective actions

 

Job Specification:

Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Logistics or relevant

Minimum Experience Required:

2 years’ experience

Skills and Knowledge Required:

English Communication, Export, Import and Freight forwarder knowledge
